More… This award is given monthly by the Public Engagement Committee and is intended to recognize individuals/organizations in our communities who are working to improve the face of the community. All nominees must either be living or working within the City of Lancaster to be eligible. Seven residential yards and one business yard will be selected as winners. The winner in each district will be notified at the beginning of each month and recognized at the Public Engagement Committee Meeting. All nominations are due by close of business on the 15th day of each month. Forms received after the 15th will be considered the following month. Recipients are announced at the end of the month.
