    Fire Marshal Inspection Requirement

    All vendors participating in the event must comply with the City of Lancaster Fire Marshal inspection requirements prior to operating at the event. Vendors utilizing cooking equipment, food preparation equipment, generators, propane, or any other heat-producing devices are required to successfully complete a safety inspection conducted by the Lancaster Fire Marshal’s Office before the event date. Inspections are held every Thursday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and it is the vendor’s responsibility to schedule and attend an inspection within this timeframe to ensure compliance with all applicable fire safety regulations and operational guidelines. Vendors who fail to complete and pass the required inspection may not be permitted to operate at the event until approval has been granted by the Fire Marshal’s Office. Compliance with these requirements is mandatory to ensure the safety of all participants, staff, and attendees.

    Vendor Participation Fee Requirement

    All vendors approved to participate in the event are required to submit a total participation fee of $75.00. This fee includes $25.00 for event application and vendor approval and $50.00 for the required Fire Marshal inspection. Payment of these fees is mandatory and must be completed in order for a vendor’s participation to be finalized. The $25.00 event approval fee covers administrative processing and vendor placement for the event, while the $50.00 inspection fee is required to ensure compliance with all applicable fire safety regulations enforced by the City of Lancaster Fire Marshal’s Office. Vendors who do not submit the full $75.00 payment will not be considered fully approved and may not be permitted to operate at the event. All fees must be paid prior to the event date to secure participation and maintain compliance with City of Lancaster event policies and safety requirements.
