Airport Advisory Board
The Airport Advisory Board (AAB) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continued development of our city's airport. They act as a bridge between the City Council, airport management, and the community. Here's how the AAB contributes:

Board Members
The Airport Advisory Board is comprised of 5 members and 1 alternate appointed by the City Council. These members represent a variety of backgrounds and qualifications relevant to airport operations and community interests.

- Knowledge in Airport and/or Aviation Operations:
- Rent or Own a Hangar or Other Space at an Airport:
- Experience Operating a Business at Lancaster Regional Airport Members of this Board are exempt from the requirements of Sec. 5.01.002(a)
Meetings / Terms:

- Terms: Members of the Airport Advisory Board serve two-year terms for the five regular positions. Alternate positions serve one-year terms.
The public is encouraged to attend Airport Advisory Board meetings. Typically, there will be designated public comment periods during the meeting where residents can voice their concerns, suggestions, or questions about airport operations or development plans.
