How to Find Meeting Agendas

To find meeting agendas, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose a Date Range: Select the specific time period you're interested in from the "Date Range" menu.
  2. Filter by Meeting Type: If you know the type of meeting you're looking for (e.g., City Council, Planning Board), choose it from the "Meeting Type" menu.
  3. Search: Click the "Search" or "Find Meetings" button to view the results.

Please note: Our Agenda Quick tool currently only contains agendas from 2016 onward. For agendas prior to 2016, please contact our City Secretary at (972) 218-1309 or email us at citysecretary@lancaster-tx.com .
