The Lancaster Municipal Court has adopted Local Rules that are binding upon the Defendants and Attorneys practicing before the Lancaster Municipal Court.  The Local Rules contain important information on the Defendant's Right to Discovery of Evidence that is in the Prosecutor's possession.
