All applications are reviewed to determine if the applicant meets the minimum qualification requirements as stated on the job posting. If the applicant meets all the stated requirements, the application is then forwarded to the hiring department for consideration.
The department will review the application to determine which applicants better fit the needs of the department. As a result, selected applicants will be contacted for an interview. Not every applicant who applies will be contacted for an interview.
