Online Permit and Inspection Portal
The City of Lancaster utilizes an online portal for registered contractors to submit permit applications, view the status of their permits, request inspections and obtain inspection results. If you are a registered contractor and do not have an online login, please contact one of our Permit Technicians at: (972) 218-1201 or (972) 218-1205. You can also email a request for your information to be sent to you at: permits@lancaster-tx.com.

Request an Inspection
Requests for inspections can be made using the Online Permit and Inspection Portal or leaving a message on our 24-hour Inspection Request Line. Any inspection received before 7:00 a.m. on a city business day will be made that day. Inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following business day. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
