How do I address City Council at a meeting?
The Lancaster City Council welcomes your comments and suggestions. To address the City Council or to speak regarding a specific agenda item at any regular City Council meeting, citizens should complete a Request to Speak form and submit it to the city secretary prior to the start of the meeting.

Although City Council may not take action on matters not posted on the agenda, the council will hear your comments and may direct staff regarding the matter.

Citizen comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.
