Veterans Memorial Library implemented and introduced a recreational gaming and esports program for the Community of Lancaster. This program provides an opportunity for kids and teens to develop leadership, sportsmanship, teamwork and social skills by providing access to high end gaming and esports equipment. Many High Schools and Colleges have implemented Esports programs to assist individuals interested in pursuing professional careers in the industry.
The Esports Lab is open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday – Saturday. Maximum capacity is 5 people. Reservations must be made in advance at the Circulation desk.
