New Officers
Being a police officer requires many skills, abilities and talents. You have to be able to work as part of a team, know the community, relate to residents who live in it and be able to hold your own emotionally and physically with the daily duties of keeping the peace. For the Lancaster Police Department, our new officers will do their best to represent the city and keep the community safe and vibrant.
