The City of Lancaster strives to provide on-line services to residents.  If you have a question, or service request, you may submit the request via our on-line Citizen Relationship Management System 24 hours a day at .  If you have a question that requires an immediate response, please call (972) 218-1300, Mon – Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or (972) 218-2700 for non-emergency Police or Fire services.  If you have an emergency, please call 911.
