The City of Lancaster adopted procedures for electronic procurement in conjunction with Chapter 252 of the Texas Local Government Code.

The City strongly request that bidders submit responses electronically. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors, eliminate unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is appreciated.
