A Lancaster Veterans Memorial Library card entitles the bearer to borrow materials and use public access internet computers and electronic databases at our library.

For residents of the city of Lancaster, borrowers cards are free. Nonresidents may purchase a card for an annual fee of $20. Proof of current address and photo I.D. are required. Employees of the City of Lancaster are eligible for a free library card.

A valid Lancaster Veterans Memorial Library Card is required for use of public access internet computers. Permission by a parent or legal guardian is required for minors to obtain library cards and internet access.
